What you will do
- Lead daily front desk operations and guide Front Office Hosts during shifts.
- Coach, support, and motivate the team to ensure high service standards.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage bookings, room availability, payments, and administrative tasks.
- Drive revenue through upselling rooms, local experiences, and TSH outlets.
- Onboard new team members and foster a supportive, fun work environment.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a front office supervisor or similar hospitality role.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Strong people skills, confidence, and warmth.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and maintain a calm presence during busy periods.
- Comfortable with modern hotel management systems and eager to learn new tools.
