What you will do

  • Lead daily front desk operations and guide Front Office Hosts during shifts.
  • Coach, support, and motivate the team to ensure high service standards.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Manage bookings, room availability, payments, and administrative tasks.
  • Drive revenue through upselling rooms, local experiences, and TSH outlets.
  • Onboard new team members and foster a supportive, fun work environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a front office supervisor or similar hospitality role.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Strong people skills, confidence, and warmth.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and maintain a calm presence during busy periods.
  • Comfortable with modern hotel management systems and eager to learn new tools.
