Senior Game Designer (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Design new gameplay mechanics, abilities, and interactive systems.
• Create engaging experiences optimized for various maps, game modes, and skill levels.
• Write comprehensive design documentation, specifications, and implementation briefs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Art, UX/UI, Production, and Analytics teams.
• Prototype and refine features based on player feedback and live data.
• Maintain gameplay quality, balance, and consistency across the game.

Requirements

• Strong gameplay design skills with a focus on multiplayer interaction.
• Experience writing technical design documentation and feature specifications.
• Analytical mindset capable of utilizing playtest results and data to iterate designs.
• Excellent communication skills for aligning stakeholders and gathering feedback.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain
