Senior Game Designer (iLottery)

Location: Fully remote, with role locations listed as Prague, Ostrava, Brno, and Valencia

What you will do

• Design innovative and engaging iLottery concepts based on core design principles.
• Create, illustrate, and convert high-quality game assets into clean vector art.
• Animate game elements using established animation flows and core animation principles.
• Deliver games from concept through support with limited supervision while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, 2D Artists, Spine Animators, and other Game Studio members.
• Share expertise, mentor team members, and improve reusability and efficiency across the design and development workflow.

Requirements

• Senior-level professional with 5+ years of experience using Spine animation software, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital drawing pipelines.
• Professional experience working on 2D mobile and/or web games.
• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Animate.
• Ability to work independently across the full game design process, from concept to delivery and support.

Nice to have

• Experience working on 3D mobile and/or web games.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating game design and animation expertise.
• Solid understanding of core design and animation principles.
