TL;DR
Senior Game Designer / Visual Artist (iLottery): Creating interactive lottery game concepts and high-quality visual assets from initial illustration through animation, delivery, and ongoing support with an accent on 2D game design, vector art, and Spine animation. Focus on designing engaging iLottery experiences, converting illustrations into clean vector assets, animating game elements, and improving reusable design and development workflows.
Location: Fully remote, with listed locations in Prague, Ostrava, Brno, and Valencia. Hybrid remote work may be available by mutual agreement.

What you will do
- Design innovative and engaging iLottery concepts based on core game design principles.
- Create, illustrate, and prepare high-quality game assets as clean vector art.
- Animate game elements using established animation flows and core animation principles.
- Deliver games from concept through production and ongoing support with limited supervision.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, 2D artists, Spine animators, and other Game Studio members.
- Share expertise, mentor colleagues, and improve reusability and efficiency across the design and development workflow.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with Spine animation software, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital drawing pipelines.
- 5+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Animate.
- Professional experience creating 2D mobile and/or web games.
- Strong understanding of game design and animation principles.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience working on 3D mobile and/or web games.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating game design and animation expertise.
