What you will do

• Develop, implement, and oversee the bank’s IT risk management framework to ensure security and resilience.
• Challenge and enhance IT risk management execution and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Optimize methodologies and procedures to support business management in effectively controllhirify.global IT risks.
• Lead and coach a team of local and global experts, fosterhirify.global a culture of accountability and growth.
• Act as a trusted partner for strategic clients and stakeholders to drive IT risk objectives.
• Proactively manage IT risks, issues, and dependencies at the project level and develop recovery plans.

Requirements

• Master's degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep understandhirify.global of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerghirify.global technology risks.
• Proven leadership and people management skills with experience in coachhirify.global teams.
• Language proficiency: Very good knowledge of English, Dutch and/or French.
• Location: Must be based in Brussels.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CISM, CRISC, or CISSP.
