What you will do

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, usability studies, surveys, and A/B testing.
• Identify, synthesize, and advocate for user needs across multiple product areas and organizational initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate user insights into strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain scalable research operations frameworks and structured knowledge systems.
• Create resources and training materials to promote user-centered thinking throughout the organization.
• Translate complex research findings into compelling visual narratives and data storytelling.

Requirements

• Degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, Psychology, Social Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
• Proven ability to conduct user interviews, usability testing, experimentation, and data analysis.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user research projects and their measurable impact on products or services.
• Must be based in Romania.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, international, and highly collaborative environment.
