What you will do

• Run strategic and tactical qualitative research across the product portfolio, from generative discovery to evaluative studies.
• Establish participant panels and Research Operations (ReOps) to remove recruitment bottlenecks.
• Partner with the Product Data team to integrate qualitative depth with quantitative insights.
• Influence product framing and strategic decisions for PMs, designers, and executives.
• Coach designers and PMs on implementing lightweight research practices.
• Present research findings directly to company executives to shape top-level decisions.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a UX or product researcher, preferably as the sole researcher on a team.
• Strong qualitative toolkit for both strategic and evaluative research.
• Ability to build and run surveys and manage research operations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and shaping team direction.
• Understanding of the specific usability challenges associated with AI-native products.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid)
