Senior Firmware Engineer (Embedded)

What you will do

• Develop advanced firmware solutions for critical substation monitoring and diagnosis requirements.
• Design and support embedded systems architecture in hard real-time, multi-threaded Linux environments.
• Coordinate firmware development activities, leading quality and scheduling projects.
• Support product transition to mass manufacturing and provide post-release support for customers.
• Follow and continuously improve software development and validation processes using Scrum Agile Methodology.
• Implement and leverage AI tools within the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in Embedded C/C++ and embedded systems architecture.
• Hands-on experience with peripheral interfaces such as UART, I2C, and SPI.
• Experience with DSP programming and proficiency in Matlab.
• Experience with Ubuntu Kylin Industrial, openEuler, and MLPS Level 3/4.
• Experience with .NET development.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of unit test frameworks for Linux.
• Programming experience with device drivers.
• Experience in fault location, fault recording, and/or power quality.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity implementation.
