What you will do

• Lead end-to-end regulatory approvals and engagement for Spot, Futures, and Options markets.
• Translate product designs into regulatory filings and negotiate approvals with regulators such as the FSRA.
• Act as the primary interface for regulators, managing day-to-day correspondence and information requests.
• Provide regulatory strategy and guidance to product, engineering, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze and interpret evolving regulations to create actionable internal requirements and SOPs.
• Monitor regulatory developments to proactively advise senior leadership on potential business impacts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or legal roles within traditional financial institutions (exchanges, investment banks, or regulators).
• Proven track record of directly engaging with and negotiating approvals from financial regulators (e.g., FSRA, FCA, SFC, MAS, CFTC).
• Strong understanding of exchange-traded products and market structures across Spot, Futures, and Options.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing financial exchanges, including market integrity and client protection.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Business.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese Mandarin.
