What you will do

• Establish and maintain the anti-fraud risk rule engine and monitor abnormal transaction behavior in real time.
• Conduct account risk scoring, tiered management, and enhanced reviews for high-risk accounts.
• Execute transaction freezes, account restrictions, and asset returns in accordance with fraud prevention ordinances.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies to establish joint defense mechanisms and process judicial notifications.
• Perform transaction tracing and fund flow analysis to handle user fraud complaints and appeals.
• Optimize anti-fraud workflows and report risk typologies and prevention outcomes to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Law, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in risk control, fraud prevention, or financial crime prevention in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of the Money Laundering Control Act and Fraud Crime Harm Prevention and Control Ordinance.
• Proficiency in on-chain transaction tracing tools such as Chainalysis, TRM, or Crystal.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Taipei, Taiwan.
