What you will do

• Lead end-to-end innovation projects from planning through to 6-8 months post-NPI launch.
• Manage project outputs and documentation, reporting progress pre-launch and product performance post-launch.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations to implement lessons learned.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Drive corrective action plans for product quality issues during the Life Cycle Management (LCM) phase.

Requirements

• Must be based in Suzhou, China.
• Strong English communication and influencing skills to bridge China and global teams.
• Proven experience leading complex innovation, NPI, or product development projects in a multinational environment.
• Industry experience in Domestic Appliances, preferably within Floor Care or related consumer products.
• Strong project management capabilities across planning, risk management, and stakeholder delivery.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization and navigating ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Mechanical or Electrical engineering background.
• Knowledge of 6-Sigma statistical methodology.
