What you will do

• Coordinate project delivery across various workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and risks are escalated early.
• Refine business requirements and propose pragmatic solutions by engaging directly with stakeholders and product management.
• Prepare and maintain project artifacts including status reports, RAID logs, and decision registers for senior leadership.
• Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, and steering committees to maintain momentum and alignment.
• Map current-state processes and translate business needs into clear specifications for technology teams.
• Contribute to the development of scalable project management frameworks and governance practices.

Requirements

• Solid experience in project coordination or business analysis within financial services, fintech, or a similarly regulated industry.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of finance, operations, or trading workflows.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Must be based in Hong Kong and work onsite at the local office.

Nice to have

• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum).
• Familiarity with ITIL or COBIT frameworks.
• Prior exposure to digital assets, blockchain, or exchange operations.
• Experience working with technology teams on system implementations and platform enhancements.
