Project Manager (Digital Assets)

Location: Hong Kong; onsite at the Hong Kong office

What you will do

• Coordinate project delivery across multiple workstreams, track milestones, and escalate risks early.
• Refine business requirements with stakeholders and product management, identify gaps, and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Maintain status reports, RAID logs, decision registers, and stakeholder communications for senior leadership.
• Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, and steering committees across business and technology teams.
• Map current-state processes, define target workflows, and translate business needs into clear technology specifications.
• Track dependencies, resource constraints, and competing priorities while helping develop scalable project governance practices.

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, business analysis, or a COO office/business management function within financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, close requirements gaps, and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of finance, operations, or trading workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Pragmatic, hands-on, resourceful approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Familiarity with ITIL or COBIT frameworks and regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Exposure to digital assets, blockchain, exchange operations, system implementations, integrations, or platform enhancements.
