Product Owner/Business Analyst (AI, Deep Tech, Robotics)

What you will do

• Create and drive product or component roadmaps with research, business, and engineering stakeholders.
• Own customer experience, define user flows, and collaborate with UX design to improve product usability.
• Facilitate sprint planning and align engineering priorities and constraints.
• Define business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, KPIs, and business rationale.
• Manage the backlog and product lifecycle from ideas and prototypes through development, testing, and release.
• Own delivery timelines and quality while maintaining software documentation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in deep-tech products, preferably in robotics or AI.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Strong ability to identify business problems, drive solutions, and measure impact through KPIs and metrics.
• Product mindset with the ability to prioritize MVP features and work effectively with technical teams.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and Agile practices, including epics, user stories, prioritization, and backlog grooming.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and relationship-management skills in international cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics, manufacturing, artificial intelligence, or developer APIs.
• Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics, or comparable experience.
• Product Owner certification.
