What you will do

• Define and execute the lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap to grow customer lifetime value.
• Manage full CRM platform ownership, optimizing app, email, and push notification channels.
• Implement a robust test-and-learn operation using A/B testing and hold-out groups.
• Develop measurement frameworks to track incremental business impact and attribution.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate marketing goals into technical briefs.
• Serve as the sole business owner of the CRM platform, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in consumer tech or marketplaces.
• Proven track record of end-to-end CRM platform ownership (e.g., OneSignal, MoEngage, Klaviyo).
• Hands-on expertise in email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and behavioral triggers.
• Experience with A/B testing and incrementality analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Central London office 3 days per week.
