TL;DR
Senior Data Scientist (Adtech): Developing data pipelines and measurement frameworks for Ad Quality and Ad Products with an accent on causal inference and A/B testing. Location: San Jose, United States (Hybrid: Monday-Thursday in office)

What you will do
- Build reporting data pipelines and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Design and execute A/B tests and apply causal inference methods to inform product decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve Ad Quality and accelerate the evolution of Ads Products.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends and strategic business opportunities.
- Develop analytics tools, models, alerts, and testing frameworks to measure product metrics.
- Translate complex technical findings into data stories and recommendations for executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of advanced analytics experience, or Master's/Ph.D. with 3+ years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Looker.
- Experience with R or Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Deep knowledge of experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference methods.
- Experience with forecasting models such as SARIMA, Prophet, or TFT.
- Experience in advertising systems, programmatic advertising, and advertising identity.

- Fluency in agentic engineering toolchains, such as Claude Code, Cursor, MCP servers, or agent frameworks.
