BlockRoute Labs is expanding its engineering team.

We build production-grade algorithmic trading systems, DEX integrations, backtesting infrastructure, and on-chain execution tools across Solana and other digital-asset markets.

📍 Remote — US/EU time-zone overlap preferred
🕒 Full-time positions

Open roles:

1️⃣ Quant / Strategy Engineer — Urgent

Design and validate trading strategies for DEX, DeFi, spot, and on-chain markets.

You may be a strong fit if you have experience with:

• Solana, DeFi, or crypto trading
• Trading signals, entry and exit rules
• Position sizing and risk management
• Statistics, time-series analysis, or market microstructure
• Python, pandas, NumPy, or similar tools

2️⃣ Backtesting / Simulation Engineer — Urgent

Build realistic simulation frameworks that evaluate strategies before capital goes live.

Relevant experience includes:

• Tick-level or order-book backtesting
• Slippage, fees, latency, and execution modeling
• Walk-forward optimization and Monte Carlo simulation
• Performance attribution and strategy validation
• Python or C++

3️⃣ Backend Trading Systems Engineer

Build the infrastructure between trading signals and on-chain execution.

Relevant experience includes:

• Solana transaction execution and DEX integrations
• RPC feeds, transaction state management, and failover
• Trading bots, financial systems, or market-data pipelines
• Python, Rust, or Go
• Async programming and production monitoring

4️⃣ DevOps / Blockchain Infrastructure Engineer

Operate reliable 24/7 infrastructure for trading and blockchain systems.

Relevant experience includes:

• AWS, GCP, Linux, and networking
• Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD
• Monitoring, alerting, secrets management, and incident response
• Blockchain RPC, node operations, or on-chain indexing

We are especially interested in candidates with practical experience in Solana, , Jupiter, Raydium, DeFi, trading bots, quantitative strategies, backtesting, or low-latency execution.
