What you will do

• Manage data pipelines, including collection, cleaning, validation, and preparation from multiple sources.
• Build and optimize ML models using regression, classification, clustering, neural networks, and time-series forecasting.
• Implement NLP and LLM workflows as well as recommendation systems.
• Develop reusable Python-based analytical workflows and automate data science processes.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and support the implementation of AI use cases.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate technical findings to business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of industry project experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and TensorFlow.
• Experience with statistical modeling, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and the end-to-end data science lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work according to London Time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UK Time).

Nice to have

• Exposure to business analysis or requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft DevOps.
• Experience in consulting, financial services, or marketing industries.
