What you will do

• Design, refactor, and troubleshoot complex Salesforce Flows including subflows and fault handling.
• Configure and maintain Service Cloud features such as Omni-Channel, Cases, and Lightning Service Console.
• Manage data integrity through imports, exports, mass updates, and deduplication processes.
• Configure security settings including profiles, permission sets, and field-level security.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom objects to support business requirements.
• Ensure all configurations align with GDPR and internal data protection standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a production environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and customization.
• Proven ability to build and optimize complex Salesforce Flows.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security models and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of GDPR/DSGVO requirements for CRM data handling.
• English proficiency: Intermediate+ (B2).
