What you will do

• Define and execute the Business Bankhirify.global lendhirify.global strategy, roadmap, and customer proposition.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from development to delivery and optimization.
• Drive digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives to improve operational outcomes.
• Manage product performance metrics includhirify.global funnel conversion, profitability, and customer engagement.
• Oversee the end-to-end product journey, includhirify.global application and in-life processes.
• Partner with technology and delivery teams to enhance digital customer journeys.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Bankhirify.global with deep knowledge of lendhirify.global products for Sole Traders, SMEs, and Mid-Corporates.
• Proven track record of deliverhirify.global successful lendhirify.global propositions and commercial outcomes.
• Strong understandhirify.global of credit risk frameworks, lendhirify.global decisionhirify.global, and risk appetite setthirify.globals.
• Experience in designhirify.global and optimizhirify.global end-to-end product processes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate risk requirements into customer-focused lendhirify.global products and policies.
