What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Private 5G and in-building connectivity products.
• Define product strategy, commercial models, and go-to-market execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Networks, and Delivery teams to industrialize scalable offerings.
• Handle revenue forecasting, profitability, and financial aspects of order management.
• Enable the sales organization to bring partner solutions to market effectively.
• Balance customer outcomes with commercial viability and operational execution.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management or solution commercialization within telco or enterprise connectivity.
• Solid knowledge of Private 5G, DAS, or mobile network infrastructure.
• Proven experience in commercial modeling, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and deliver outcomes under pressure.
• Strong business judgment and ability to act strategically and tactically.
