TL;DR

Location: Onsite in El Segundo, California

Salary: $156,000 – $180,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end ad revenue by configuring and optimizing mediation waterfalls and in-app bidding for rewarded video, interstitials, banners, and offerwalls.
  • Design and execute A/B tests on placement, frequency, and format to optimize ARPDAU, eCPM, and ad LTV.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with ad networks including AppLovin, Unity, AdMob, ironSource, Meta, Mintegral, and Pangle.
  • Develop the measurement stack by integrating ad revenue into BigQuery, Mixpanel, and Singular to create actionable dashboards.
  • Utilize AI tools for anomaly detection, SQL generation, and vendor evaluation to increase operational efficiency.
  • Establish operational standards and launch playbooks for new titles to ensure scalable discipline across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile F2P ad monetization or operations with hands-on ownership of waterfalls and mediation.
  • Fluency in mediation platforms such as AppLovin MAX, ironSource LevelPlay, or AdMob.
  • Strong SQL skills for independent querying against BigQuery or equivalent databases.
  • Experience with hybrid IAP/IAA revenue models and experimentation rigor (power calculations, segmentation).
  • Working knowledge of post-ATT measurement, including SKAdNetwork and conversion value mapping.
  • Must be based in or able to work from El Segundo, California.

Nice to have

  • Experience with IP-led or licensed mobile titles.
  • Direct experience working with China-based ad ops or development partners.
  • Familiarity with publisher-platform tooling like Singular, Mixpanel, or Heroic Labs / Nakama.
  • Previous experience hiring or leading a small team.
