What you will do

• Drive the development and refinement of software processes aligned with ASPICE and ISO 26262 standards.
• Plan and execute internal audits across requirements, architecture, and test processes.
• Manage the audit findings register and drive systemic corrective action closure.
• Develop and maintain reports for software quality performance metrics.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis for critical quality issues and verification escapes.
• Present technical quality analyses and process improvements to engineering leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance or QMS process management.
• Demonstrated experience in a safety-critical domain such as automotive, aerospace, or robotics.
• Deep command of ASPICE and working knowledge of ISO 26262-Part 6.
• Proven experience in conducting process audits and leading structured root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for deficiency management and documentation.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant technical field.
• Familiarity with UL 4600 and ISO/SAE 21434.
• Experience with requirements management tools like Jama.
• Experience with AWS for building quality metrics infrastructure.
