What you will do

• Conduct market research and analyze product, regional, and shipment data to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and new licensing opportunities.
• Track licensing notification campaigns by monitoring outbound notices, responses, and follow-ups.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems (e.g., Salesforce and internal trackers), and analyze patterns, anomalies, and performance trends.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g., Excel, Power BI), including monitoring, alerts, and stakeholder-ready insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Program, Finance, Legal, and Operations to translate business questions into structured analysis and tracking frameworks.
• Identify and execute opportunities to streamline licensing workflows, leveraging AI tools to automate and improve efficiency and data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, market intelligence, consulting, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas) and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with data querying/extraction (e.g., SQL or similar tools) for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings and collaborate across teams.
