Salary: $65,000–$77,000

What you will do

• Execute system setup and maintenance to implement pricing tools and processes.
• Generate and distribute routine reports providing insights for Pricing and Sales/Ops teams.
• Communicate recommended actions for data outliers and exceptions based on management metrics.
• Present process enhancement recommendations to improve team efficiency.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for pricing activities.
• Provide backup support for reporting, data validation, and retail pricing tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• 3 years of experience in an analytical field, preferably focused on Sales, Margin, or Cost Analysis.
• Proficiency in managing large datasets using Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables).
• 2–3 years of experience coaching teammates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in building materials or construction industry.
• Demonstrated history of producing complex analytics packages.
