TL;DR

IMO Analyst (Agile): Supporting value streams and functional areas to structure, visualize, and manage work within JIRA with an accent on Agile delivery and change framework adoption. Focus on coaching stakeholders, translating business objectives into delivery roadmaps, and driving consistent tooling standards across complex transformation programs.

Location: Must be based in the UK, hybrid role with travel required to Reigate, Eastleigh, and London.

Salary: £32,500 - £52,800

What you will do

  • Support the development and maintenance of integrated delivery plans across workstreams.
  • Collaborate with leads to track milestones, dependencies, and key activities.
  • Manage traceability from synergy benefits to strategic milestones and delivery plans.
  • Maintain core planning and reporting artifacts including RAID logs and decision tickets.
  • Produce status dashboards and analysis for Executive and Board-level reporting.
  • Advocate for Agile principles and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Strong experience in Agile delivery and working within a Programme Office or Change Team.
  • High proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Domain knowledge of the insurance value chain.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office suite.

Nice to have

  • Experience in large-scale, complex transformation programs.
  • Ability to challenge existing ways of working and drive process adoption.
