What you will do

• Manage statutory registers, corporate records, and governance documentation for group entities.
• Oversee legal housekeeping, including director appointments and annual returns.
• Provide legal advice on corporate structure, governance risks, and regulatory developments.
• Conduct legal risk assessments and advise on mitigation strategies.
• Assist the Compliance Officer with sanctions screening, due diligence, and ESG data collection.
• Support the review and maintenance of group policies and internal governance procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in law or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate or legal environment.
• Excellent written and verbal command of English.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, entity management, and governance frameworks.
• High level of pro-activity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
