What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial templates including MSAs, NDAs, and reseller agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Coordinate corporate housekeeping and intellectual property matters with external counsel.
• Monitor regulatory developments such as the EU AI Act and Data Act to provide practical guidance.
• Support the Data Protection Officer with GDPR compliance, DPAs, and data breach management.
• Implement and manage the legal tech stack including CLM tools and e-signature workflows.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law.
• 2–3 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Dutch, French, or German is a strong advantage).
• Pragmatic, business-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in using AI tools to drive efficiency.
• Interest in technology, SaaS, and European regulatory developments.
