Salary: $62,000 – $100,000 USD

What you will do
- Investigate and resolve complex application support cases for BisTrack customers.
- Apply advanced technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues where standard procedures are insufficient.
- Liaise between support, development, quality assurance, and professional services teams.
- Manage assigned support cases end-to-end with clear communication via phone and email.
- Stay current with software updates, new features, and system changes.
- Mentor and support team members to improve overall service delivery and technical expertise.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of supply chain management (SCM) concepts and business processes.
- Understanding of ERP modules, specifically order management, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting ERP applications or similar software packages.
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
Nice to have
- Work experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution business processes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
- Experience with analytical tools.
