TL;DR
Support Engineer: Managing complex technical customer issues and escalations for a data analytics and measurement platform with an accent on SQL-based troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration. Location: San Francisco (Onsite)
Compensation: $110,000–$120,000 OTE

What you will do
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues, from initial troubleshooting to final resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and VIP technical support.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to report bugs and request product enhancements.
- Enrich the client Knowledge Base with technical documentation and insights.
- Lead internal support improvement processes and training for new feature releases.
- Provide actionable product feedback to business and engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, QA, data analysis, or development.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language.
- Business proficiency in English (CV must be submitted in English).
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between clients and engineering teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile development or testing (iOS, Android).
- Background in web/mobile marketing or digital advertising.
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies and API integrations.
- Experience with LLM and AI Agent technologies.
