TL;DR
PPC / SEM Specialist (Marketing): Managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and Facebook for diverse client accounts with an accent on ROI improvement and data-driven optimization. Location: Remote (Global). Must be available to work 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
Salary: $15 to $35 per hour (for candidates in CA, NY, WA, and CO)

What you will do
- Conduct keyword research and write high-converting ad copy.
- Create, analyze, and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
- Manage and analyze large data sets in Excel using VLOOKUP and VBA to improve ROI.
- Perform A/B testing across ads and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Google Ads Manager and SEO team to align PPC strategies with client goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience managing SEM or PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency with Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and VBA.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
- Reliable remote workstation with a fast computer, stable internet, and power.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of professional Google Ads experience.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Experience with Facebook paid advertising.
- Proficiency in Basecamp, Gmail, and Google Docs.
