What you will do
- Own onboarding and rollout plans for new customers to ensure successful platform implementation.
- Remove barriers to adoption and provide tailored guidance to help customers achieve their goals.
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on upsell and cross-sell motions.
- Oversee renewals and forecasting to ensure successful commitments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Monitor and report on customer health and usage metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software/SaaS sales or customer success.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, developer tools, and the SDLC.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and industry-standard CS platforms.
- Proven history of building relationships across executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Startup experience.
- Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills.
Nice to have
- Experience focused on developer tools.
- Renewal management experience.
- Experience with Totango, Gainsight, or Pylon.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor.
