• Handle end-to-end client fulfillment across the property leasing journey
• Perform accurate data entry across multiple integrated business management systems
• Communicate with clients by phone and email, providing updates and building relationships
• Process and organize leads from digital marketing campaigns
• Maintain detailed client records and documentation for all interactions

Requirements

• Proven administrative experience with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
