TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (LatAm): Managing a portfolio of B2B customers to ensure successful platform adoption and long-term satisfaction with an accent on strategic account management and solution implementation. Focus on driving customer retention, identifying upselling opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor for facility management operations.

Location: Florianópolis (Hybrid)

Salary: BRL 3,000 – BRL 5,000

What you will do

  • Manage and own a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Partner with customers post-activation to ensure successful onboarding and long-term value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding strategic requirements and implementing tailored solutions.
  • Drive maximum customer satisfaction and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Collect product feedback to help refine technical requirements.
  • Support sales teams with technical product demonstrations when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in an Enterprise environment is mandatory.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
  • Experience in the B2B market.
  • Experience using CRM and cloud-based software.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Availability for occasional travel both domestically and abroad.

Nice to have

  • Prior knowledge of maintenance operations, technical assistance, or facility management.
  • Experience with maintenance management software.
  • Experience with software implementation projects.
