A fast-growing North American company providing ready-to-heat meal solutions to corporate offices, healthcare facilities, schools, and residential communities.

What you will do

  • Manage high-volume customer inquiries via email, live chat, and ticketing platforms.
  • Own customer cases from initial contact through final resolution, ensuring detailed documentation.
  • Process order entries, modifications, cancellations, and account updates.
  • Investigate and resolve delivery issues, including missing or damaged orders.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Fulfillment teams to ensure timely service.
  • Identify recurring operational gaps and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base resources.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Success, or Account Management.
  • Must be based in Brazil.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and ticket management systems (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability for case ownership.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting B2B or Enterprise clients.
  • Background in Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, or Logistics sectors.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce order management platforms.
  • Experience coordinating with supply chain or fulfillment teams.
