What you will do
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via email, live chat, and ticketing platforms.
- Own customer cases from initial contact through final resolution, ensuring detailed documentation.
- Process order entries, modifications, cancellations, and account updates.
- Investigate and resolve delivery issues, including missing or damaged orders.
- Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Fulfillment teams to ensure timely service.
- Identify recurring operational gaps and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base resources.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Success, or Account Management.
- Must be based in Brazil.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and ticket management systems (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability for case ownership.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting B2B or Enterprise clients.
- Background in Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, or Logistics sectors.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce order management platforms.
- Experience coordinating with supply chain or fulfillment teams.
