Salary: $60,200–$90,200 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety programs within a fulfillment center.
• Conduct comprehensive workplace evaluations to identify and eliminate potential hazards.
• Design and implement targeted ergonomic interventions based on data analysis.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to associates to improve physical movement techniques.
• Develop and deliver engaging ergonomic education and training programs.
• Maintain effective care delivery in emergencies and assist with site emergency response.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be a Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or equivalent State Certification).
• Must hold valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification (or obtain within 3 weeks).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
• Must be able to work onsite in Salt Lake City, UT.

Nice to have

• Experience in an occupational or industrial setting.
