What you will do

• Manage the Security Desk to ensure compliance with internal and departmental safety policies.
• Investigate and document accidents, suspicious activities, and fire/safety hazards.
• Coordinate emergency responses for medical, fire, and police incidents, including directing first responders.
• Provide assistance and maintain positive contact with associates, customers, and visitors.
• Maintain electronic and paper documentation and route communications according to guidelines.
• Identify deficiencies and recommend process improvements for greater departmental efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Law Enforcement, Public Safety, or Corporate Security.
• Current Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services Armed Security Officer certification.
• Current CPR/AED/Basic First Aid certification.
• Strong working knowledge of BRIVO ACS and EagleEye VMS.
• Ability to meet physical demands: lift 75 lbs, walk 1 mile, and climb five flights of stairs.
• High school diploma required; college degree in Criminal Justice or Emergency Management preferred.
