What you will do

  • Lead and contribute to assessment and research projects from end to end.
  • Conduct applied HR research, including developing and validating personnel selection and promotion assessments.
  • Analyze job requirements and competencies to support the development of testing tools.
  • Perform psychometric research and workforce data analysis using statistical software.
  • Translate complex statistical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Prepare technical documentation, briefings, and white papers for Federal clients.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in assessment development, psychometrics, and validation.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience consulting on military or Federal Human Resources.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management support.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with statistical software (SAS, SPSS, or R) and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
  • Must be able to work on-site in the Washington, DC office.

Nice to have

  • Experience providing technical guidance to others.
  • Strong oral presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to design and analyze surveys.
