Salary: $69,000 - $82,000 / year

What you will do

  • Lead cross-discipline teams and serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders and studio leadership.
  • Manage project estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation from concept through release.
  • Identify and mitigate critical path risks, implementing response plans to ensure project success.
  • Optimize development pipelines and workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with QA for bug prioritization and resolution tracking.
  • Provide regular project status and financial reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a game development Producer or Project Manager role.
  • Expertise in project management practices and software.
  • Proficiency in Excel for generating reports and charts.
  • Experience or amateur knowledge with Unity, Unreal, or other game engines.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Eligibility to work in the US (implied by 401k and US-based benefits).

Nice to have

  • Shipping of at least two game titles.
  • Experience in a Live Operations production role.
  • PMI PMP Certification.
