What you will do

• Design, build, and own large-scale backend services consumed by mobile, web, and console platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address technical debt and improve system performance.
• Proactively recommend emerging technologies and new approaches to solve systemic pain points.
• Provide production and integration support for services running across the game portfolio.
• Promote engineering best practices to ensure reliability, scalability, and measurability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of professional experience in software development and backend services.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and debugging.
• Proficiency in building RESTful services using Java, Go, or Python.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Redshift.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
