What you will do

• Design scalable, maintainable, and secure service architectures.
• Build backend services using C# or TypeScript for web and background applications.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Mentor junior engineers through coaching, pairing, and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver platform solutions.
• Apply security best practices across applications and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proficiency in C# or TypeScript with a functional programming mindset.
• Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, testing, and automation.
• Must be located in or eligible to work from the US or Canada.

Nice to have

• Strong interest in AI/ML applications in production systems.
• Experience in performance optimization for high-scale reliability.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
