What you will do

• Lead the implementation of complex software features and services from design through production deployment.
• Build secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native applications using modern engineering practices.
• Partner with architects and stakeholders to translate technical designs into production-ready systems.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to elevate team quality.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the application stack and drive them to resolution.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience in production environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in modern languages such as Java, C#/.NET, Python, Go, or TypeScript/React.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as engagement needs require.

• Experience in consulting or client-facing software delivery.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development or generative AI services.
• Cloud certifications or equivalent expertise.
