TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Engineer (Data Engineering): Building and maintaining scalable cloud-native applications and data pipelines with an accent on fullstack development and ETL processes. Focus on designing microservices, optimizing system performance, and leveraging AI-assisted tools to drive technical innovation.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Cubao, Quezon City (Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week)

What you will do
- Design and maintain scalable back-end microservices and modern front-end applications.
- Contribute to data engineering initiatives including ETL processes and data modeling.
- Optimize system performance, security, and scalability across the full stack.
- Prototype and evaluate emerging technologies and AI-assisted development tools.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong back-end proficiency in Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Next.js.
- Solid understanding of system design, RESTful APIs, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP and CI/CD workflows.
- Must be able to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with data engineering concepts (ETL, data pipelines, data modeling).
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Cursor.
- Exposure to DevOps and infrastructure automation.
