What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for Japanese and APAC customers during local business hours.
• Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions connecting hirify.global services with client systems.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations across a variety of platforms, including game engines, mobile apps, and web.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and code samples.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high availability of services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in software development, focusing on systems integration and API development.
• Proficiency in both English and Japanese is a must.
• Proficiency in multiple languages: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#, C++, or Java.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, webhook integrations, Next.js, and React.
• Must be based in Japan or Singapore.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of digital identity, computer security, cryptography, and user data privacy.
• Experience with facial age estimation, ID verification, and mobile driver's licenses.
• Experience with WebView implementations and native mobile app development.
• Familiarity with global youth privacy frameworks such as COPPA and GDPR-K.
