What you will do

• Design and develop secure, scalable solutions for AutoPay, check processing, and fraud detection.
• Collaborate with the team to decompose work, plan implementations, and remove technical roadblocks.
• Promote and expand CI/CD pipeline usage to improve deployment and build processes.
• Contribute to engineering standards, templates, and frameworks.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing technical expertise and domain knowledge.
• Participate in technology vendor selection and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering environments.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, version control, and systems design for security and stability.
• Proficiency in debugging complex code and querying databases.
