Salary: $63,470 - $105,800 USD

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of technical solutions to ensure services meet business expectations.
• Act as an escalation point for unresolved platform issues and support items.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute service requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain best practices, processes, and standards for service operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting service delivery in partnership with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in service delivery, account management, or technical customer support.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Securities/Financial Services industry, broker-dealer experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry-standard service delivery methodologies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• FINRA licensure.
• B.S. or B.A. degree.
