TL;DR

Trade Desk Specialist (Fintech): Providing customer support and production level operational oversight of real-time low latency exchange trading platforms with an accent on system monitoring, troubleshooting, and stakeholder liaison. Focus on performing root cause analysis for complex technical issues and managing API certification testing.

Location: Kansas City, MO, USA. Required to work Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm CST. Follows a four-day in-office work model.

Salary: $80,750 - $104,500

What you will do

• Provide customer support and training on platform behavior, order processing, and market structure.
• Monitor production, disaster recovery, and test environments to ensure platform stability.
• Manage equity listing processes, execute order routing changes, and conduct trade reviews.
• Liaise with software engineers to design new features and test functionality before deployment.
• Use SQL and UNIX shell for data mining and log analysis to resolve technical issues.
• Onboard new clients and conduct API certification testing.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• FINRA SIE and Series 57 licenses (or ability to obtain within 8 months).
• 3-5 years of experience in security-related or technical support.
• 2+ years of experience with UNIX Shell and SQL.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile Development Methodology.
