What you will do

• Assist with shoot prep, camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and general on-set support.
• Manage post-production including footage organization, editing, audio cleanup, and basic graphics.
• Adapt video content for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and internal channels.
• Contribute creative ideas and modern production techniques to keep content engaging.
• Maintain production equipment and organize project files and assets.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in videography, production, or editing.
• Proficiency in camera operation, composition, lighting, and on-location audio.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no CPT/OPT or sponsorship available).
• Portfolio, reel, or work samples are strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with audio post-production, motion graphics, animation, photography, or drone operation.
