What you will do
- Lead and coordinate health informatics initiatives across the enterprise to support clinical and operational priorities.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to standardize evidence-based processes and content.
- Manage team performance, resource allocation, and engagement to meet operational goals.
- Oversee vendor and contract labor management, including strategy and spend optimization.
- Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and value delivery.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and educate stakeholders on leveraging health information technology effectively.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of comprehensive leadership experience in health informatics within a multi-hospital system.
- Proven track record as an effective consensus builder in a collaborative, shared-leadership environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health informatics principles, workflows, and regulatory standards.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Informatics or a related discipline.
- Certification from a national informatics certifying body.
- Formal training, fellowships, or academic courses in Health Informatics.
