What you will do

• Lead and coordinate health informatics initiatives across the enterprise to support clinical and operational priorities.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to standardize evidence-based processes and content.
• Manage team performance, resource allocation, and engagement to meet operational goals.
• Oversee vendor and contract labor management, including strategy and spend optimization.
• Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and value delivery.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and educate stakeholders on leveraging health information technology effectively.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of comprehensive leadership experience in health informatics within a multi-hospital system.
• Proven track record as an effective consensus builder in a collaborative, shared-leadership environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health informatics principles, workflows, and regulatory standards.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Informatics or a related discipline.
• Certification from a national informatics certifying body.
• Formal training, fellowships, or academic courses in Health Informatics.
