Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 + Equity.

What you will do
- Lead frontend and fullstack implementation workstreams for enterprise partner integrations.
- Architect scalable UI layers and API integrations, establishing reusable patterns for partner-facing surfaces.
- Author high-quality RFCs to turn one-off partner requirements into maintainable, scalable solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Implementation Managers and Business Systems Analysts to define scope.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews and architectural feedback.
- Define standards for AI coding tools to balance productivity with security and quality guardrails.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
- Strong fullstack capability with professional experience in Go or Python.
- Understanding of GraphQL architecture, schema design, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing and consuming gRPC/REST APIs.
- Proven ability to lead complex implementation projects end-to-end.
Nice to have
- Experience with distributed systems or microservices.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
