What you will do

• Lead frontend and fullstack implementation workstreams for enterprise partner integrations.
• Architect scalable UI layers and API integrations, establishing reusable patterns for partner-facing surfaces.
• Author high-quality RFCs to turn one-off partner requirements into maintainable, scalable solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Implementation Managers and Business Systems Analysts to define scope.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and architectural feedback.
• Define standards for AI coding tools to balance productivity with security and quality guardrails.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Strong fullstack capability with professional experience in Go or Python.
• Understanding of GraphQL architecture, schema design, and performance optimization.
• Experience designing and consuming gRPC/REST APIs.
• Proven ability to lead complex implementation projects end-to-end.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed systems or microservices.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
