What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications for complex financial and budget management processes.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React and backend services with ASP.NET Core.
• Partner with technical leadership on solution architecture and enterprise integration strategies.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure services.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for enterprise systems.
• Mentor developers and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience as a full-stack developer or lead software engineer.
• Extensive expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC.
• Strong proficiency in modern web development with React or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and relational database design using SQL Server.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Experience delivering software through Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Entity Framework or other ORM frameworks.
• Knowledge of government financial systems like Florida PALM or FLAIR.
• Familiarity with legacy mainframe technologies such as CICS or TSO.
• Experience with Snowflake and enterprise reporting solutions.
